After a NoName Dead by Daylight order, the purchase record becomes the reliable home for the licence key and loader instructions. The NoName website account used at checkout owns that record. A Behaviour, Steam, Epic, Xbox or PlayStation account serves a different purpose and cannot display the NoName order.

Separate confirmation from key delivery
An invoice can exist while payment is still pending. NoName begins automatic key delivery after payment confirmation. A card order needs a successful payment result. A crypto order may wait for the required network confirmation after the transfer is broadcast.
Keep the order number until the key appears. For crypto, retain the transaction reference as well. Sending another payment or placing another order does not explain why the original one remains pending.
Retrieve the DBD key from My purchases
Sign in to the account used at checkout, open My purchases and select the Dead by Daylight order. After delivery, the key appears with that purchase and remains visible there after activation. The account record is therefore more useful for recovery than relying on an email or saved screenshot.
If no DBD order appears, verify the NoName account before looking at game-platform settings. Cross-progression, platform linking and Behaviour account details do not move a NoName purchase between website accounts.
Download the shared loader from its official page
Eligible game purchasers receive access to the shared NoName Loader. The application is shared across supported NoName products, but the delivered DBD key still identifies a particular licence. A key for another game is not made into a DBD key because both products open through the same loader.
Use the official download through the purchasing account. Do not substitute a file from a mirror, private message or old archive. The download page can be visible without granting the file to an account that has no eligible purchase.
Confirm timing before redemption
Read the current DBD order instructions and confirm timing before redemption. The plan name describes the purchased duration, but the purchase record and current instructions should be used to determine when that period begins and how it is counted. Prepare the loader, retrieve the key and resolve any timing question before entering the key, especially when the intended access window starts later.
Copy the complete key without leading or trailing spaces. If the loader returns an error, record the exact wording with the credential hidden. Repeated attempts do not correct a wrong product, an outdated download or an incomplete delivery.

The first two rows concern payment and delivery. The next two concern account entitlement. The final row concerns redemption. Reporting the correct stage gives support a specific record to inspect.
Keep account and licence details private
Do not publish the full key, website password, payment destination or wallet details in a forum post or screenshot. Use the order number as the initial reference when contacting support. Remove credentials from images and quote the exact error as plain text when possible.
Use a unique password for the NoName website and obtain the loader only from the official domain. A request from an unknown sender for a password or complete key is not an ordinary troubleshooting step. Download entitlement also does not promise compatibility, uninterrupted availability or protection from game sanctions.
Recover the original purchase before ordering again
When the purchasing account cannot be opened, use its account recovery route first. When payment is confirmed but delivery remains incomplete, contact NoName support with the order number, product, visible status and redacted error. Buying a replacement does not restore the original account or resolve its pending invoice.
